  From my first call nearly 10 years ago to the cleaning I had a few months ago, my experiences with Dr Moran and everyone on her staff have been exceptional. I highly recommend them for any procedure you need done. You can stop reading now if you'd like, but I'd like to share some of my story and in doing so, thank Dr Moran, her office manager, Ginny, and her entire staff for what they've done for me. I first became aware of Dr Moran when I was flipping channels and came across her giving an interview on a cable TV channel. I listened to her talk about the advanced techniques she was using to treat periodontal disease. I knew I had to do something about my gums and teeth. In the two years prior to my first call to Dr Moran's office, I had seen three different dentists and each time the visit consisted of painful probing and stabbing of my gums which resulted in me stopping the dentist and ending the visit before they really had a chance to get started. I had advanced periodontal disease - loose teeth, bone deterioration, swelling, and bleeding. Frankly, I was scared and embarrassed. I was sure the only option left for me was to have all my teeth pulled - I was terrified (really). My experiences with Dr Moran and her staff began when I called the office and spoke with Ginny, the office manager. I can't remember exactly what was said during that first conversation, but I know I told her my fears and I will never forget this: she understood my fears and with respect, forthrightness, and empathy, Ginny reassured me; she told me about their services and expressed how important it is to treat periodontal disease. My first appointment with Dr Moran was so different than anything I had experienced in the past. Dr Moran understood the sensitivity I had in my gums and the pain caused by probing and stabbing. She used a topical numbing agent prior to her examination which greatly reduced my discomfort and pain. After she completed the exam - which didn't take long, she talked to me! She too was forthright and empathetic as she told me about the condition of my teeth and gums and made treatment recommendations. There is so much that happened in those first few months and then over the next couple years, that I can't begin to go into here. Suffice it to say, with each procedure, I came to trust Dr Moran and her staff more and more. Today, I honestly believe no other dental/periodontal office comes close to the skill, professionalism and empathy you will experience with Dr Moran and her staff! They are worth driving the extra mile - I drive over 30 minutes to see them. Dr Moran's knowledge of advanced techniques along with her practical approach to determining the best treatment plan for me, has been such a success for me. I now have healthy gums and will never again talk about getting all my teeth pulled. I had a lot of work done (extractions, LANAP, bone grafting, implants, and more) and I can say that every step of the way Ginny, Dr Moran, and the entire team were there for me - and still are!
